57% from the 2023 vintage, 43% from 2022.

40% Skin fermented; 6% under flor; 3% maderised.

For example, orders placed after 12PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
