Marlborough may be best known for Sauvignon Blanc, but this Pinot Gris is a real star. Made from organically grown grapes, it’s vibrant and full of character. Fermented in stainless steel and given a short time on lees, it’s got a lovely texture and great structure. Bursting with concentrated fruit and layered with complexity — delicate florals, a touch of spice, subtle nuttiness and a whisper of earthiness — all leading to a long, dry, refreshing finish. For example, orders placed after 1PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 1PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
