Pure Grenache from vines a minimum of 30 years old - ripe red berries abound, with acid and freshness to balance out some of the natural sugars. Their importer suggests to pair with "chocolate, caramelised oranges and blue cheese. Or if your palate prefers savoury flavours, try them slightly chilled with good charcuterie or coarse cut paté, a match made in heaven." The domaine says "Ideal with chocolate mousse"
