I first met Pax Mahle at a trade tasting many years ago and I was immediately attracted to his wines. Foolishly, I asked "Why Pax?" with good cheer he replied, "That's me, I'm Pax." and shook my hand. I’ve since visited Pax at his Sonoma based winery and shared a lunch of local BBQ (that we all decided was only so-so) but Pax is most certainly good peoples. This bold, textured Chenin is made from 70+ year old vines. Bone dry and intense it would make the perfect partner to oysters or roast chicken.

For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
