I first met Pax Mahle was at a trade tasting and I was immediately attracted to his wines. Foolishly, I asked "Why Pax?" with good cheer he replied, "That's me, I'm Pax" and shook my hand. Later, I learned a good buddy of mine was his harvest intern, and he has some stories! Pax is most certainly good peoples. This bold, textured Chenin is made from 70+ year old vines. Bone dry and intense it would make the perfect partner to oysters.

For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
