Made by Marie-Laure Copinet, who since 2015 has steered her family estate in a bold new direction. Her first step was to regenerate the soils by halting the use of synthetic products in the vineyards, before focusing the winemaking on a style centred around single vintage, single variety, and single vineyard Champagnes. The result is a diverse range of wines which express a rare elegance and purity and an exceptional blend of pleasure and precision.

This Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Meunier, vinified without any added sulphites at any stage. Superb balance, focus and clarity. All the orchard fruits from tart pear to ripe quince. Soft textured and elegant.

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
