A wine born from the endless debate between Mac and Hannah for how best to approach the greatest grape on earth, EB68 is made unlike any other Riesling in the portfolio. A blend of fruit from all three picks off the Caveat vineyard, whole bunch pressed then fermented and matured on full press solids in a concrete tank. This Riesling is unfined, unfiltered and downright rebellious.
Off-dry and very expressive on the nose – lots of flowers, minerals and fruit. The palate is balanced with sugar and acidity, there's a delicate mineral throughline, and a lick of acidity on the finish that keeps you coming back for more.
