2016 Vintage, Traditional Method sparkling wine from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay – with biodynamic certification to boot! The vineyard is meticulously maintained by hand to optimise ripening and minimise disease pressure. Aged for 46 months on the lees.

Lightfoot & Wolfville recommend pairing with: lobster on brioche with green apple slaw, sweet vegetable terrine, oysters with verjus and creamed mushrooms on toast.

For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
