TLDR: A delicious classic Riesling from a pioneering family of Canada's Niagara region!

Pale straw in colour, with aromas of lemon drop, cut grass and ruby grapefruit, plus secondary notes of tangerine, anise and pastry. Medium-bodied with key lime character, saline acidity and chalky minerality, finishing with white peach, dried apricot and lemongrass. From clay-loam soils laced with shale and limestone along Lake Ontario's shoreline.
