Apollo's Praise, Cabernet Franc Nutt Road Dry Rosé - 2023

/

This is rosé with a whole lot of personality.

Our pals Kelby and Julia took their inspiration from Tavel's bold, deeper-coloured rosé, and made it with Cab Franc grown on the shores of Seneca Lake in New York’s Finger Lakes. It pours a gorgeous deeper pink. Juicy raspberries and pomegranate, zingy pink grapefruit, a touch of apricot and a mineral finish. It’s dry, refreshing and has enough oomph to stand up to proper food.

Roast chicken on a Sunday? Cheese board on a Tuesday? Yes and yes. Kelby’s soundtrack pairing is Chappell Roan’s “My Kink Is Karma”, which tells you everything you need to know.
