I can still recall the first time I tasted this wine, nearly four years ago. It's not often I find myself saying "Damn, that's a tasty Rosé!". It's a victory when you discover one. Half a year resting in tank with the fine lees (dead yeast) makes for very friendly texture, the wine is naturally fermented and bottled unfined and unfiltered with small sulphur additions. Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
