Helluva wine. Some of the best value at GWGP today. I had the pleasure of visiting the winery in September 2022, and Johannes was seeking a UK importer. One of my like-minded travel companions ultimately made it happen! I like to think that my enthusiasm for the wines played a small part getting them here. Bright cherries and bramble on the nose turns rich and silky on the palate. Confectionary dark cherry and cocoa on the finish. Pair with grilled meats. Great cheeseburger wine.
