Candied strawberry and gravelly mineral character define the nose here, with great power and depth on the palate. We are seeing fairly conspicuous warm climate expression here, but it's a Zinfandel that's dressed up for a black tie night on the town. Bouncy, energetic tannins, with freshness and a long finish.
