A top example of non-alcohol still wine. It's floral and fruity, good texture and would make one hell of s spritz. The key to a quality non-alcoholic wine – using quality aromatic fruit. Zweigelt for the Red, Muscat Ottonel for the White. That's why the Allacher family has been so successful with their ALL-ZERO range: grapes are picked early, vinified at low ABV then de-alcoholised, plenty of natural aromas are left intact, balance achieved with the addition of sugars, but you wouldn't know it from tasting it. Perfect aperitivo, great with cheeses, pizza and good times!
