Les Jardins de Theseiis is an emerging superstar within the Loire, and the project takes its name from the tiny Village outside of which the vineyards lay. Producing a tiny amount of wine biodynamically with a focus on purity of terroir and clean, responsible farming. Only 30 acres of the estate are dedicated to this sleek, extremely high-toned and mineral driven white are planted with Romorantin, and only 800 bottles were produced from this vintage. Incredible acidity defines the mid palate and finish, and is shot through with yellow plum, quince, crushed stone, and some salinity - a shining example of a versatile yet underappreciated grape.
