When balanced well, dry Moscatel is one of Spain’s underrated little joys. This hits the nail on the head. Forget sticky stereotypes — this is all about aromatics, freshness and salty sunshine. Orange blossom, mandarin, white peach, jasmine and a little Mediterranean herb lift.

It’s aromatic and playful, but finishes dry and clean, which makes it wildly useful with food. Prawns, grilled fish, spicy snacks, fresh cheeses, citrusy salads, sunshine, friends, repeat. Really impressive stuff.

For example, orders placed after 12PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
