Elodie's blanc sec has aromas of white flowers, is crisp, full of zesty citrussy flavors and mineral undertones. Elodie works 5.5 hectares of vineyards that have been certified organic for over 15 years, in the commune of Saussignac , right in the heart of the lesser known Bergerac wine region ( 85km east of Bordeaux ). The vines are 130m above sea level on the left bank of the Dordogne river. 55% Sémillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sauvignon Gris.
