I can still recall the first time I tasted this wine, nearly four years ago. It's not often I find myself saying "Damn, that's a tasty Rosé!". It's a victory when you discover one. Half a year resting in tank with the fine lees (dead yeast) makes for very friendly texture, the wine is naturally fermented and bottled unfined and unfiltered with small sulphur additions. Good Winemaking for Good Peoples.
