Biodynamic Tempranillo at a stellar price. Your new Spanish house red. Winemaker Gonzalo Gonzalo farms the grapes without chemicals, and makes the wines without sulphur or artificial yeast. Fermented in concrete tanks so there is no oak influence. Fresh and alive. Decidedly Spanish. The label and name is a tribute to the "fat pig' bankers who refused financial support in his early days.
