Fantastic representation of what the Chenin Blanc grape can express when given a little skin. This isn't a hugely adventurous orange, which means you could probably even sneak it into a Sunday roast with your Nan and she'd be none the wiser for it. Classic Chenin fruit profile of ripe pineapple, golden baked apple, and honey. The medium weight of the palate is given a textural boost by the skins, making it a great pairing for meatier fish, chicken, or roasted pork loin.
