This is gorgeous stuff from cool-climate Elgin, producing top Chardonnay. Full and unctuous, the wine bursts forward with white flowers and ripe peach, the palate - supple, but tense with a mineral underpinning. Classy stuff! The name derives from the Latin Passeriformes, the type of bird that includes swifts, swallows and martins; all birds that follow the epic migration from Europe to South Africa, representing the often travelled route by young winemakers gaining experience abroad before returning to their home country.

For example, orders placed after 1PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 1PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
