NEW VINTAGE! Crafted by Cantine Paolini, a small cooperative winery of like-minded, innovative growers, this organically grown Grillo from Sicily is a delight to drink. Vinified in stainless steel and produced without sulphur, the wine presents a pure expression of the Sicilian grape variety. It opens with a sweet citrus and grapefruit nose followed by a clean, refreshing stony mineral palate that's brimming with fresh acidity. Orders received BEFORE 1PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 1PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 1PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 1PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
