A top example of non-alcohol still wine. It's floral and fruity, good texture and would make one hell of s spritz. The key to a quality non-alcoholic wine – using quality aromatic fruit. Muscat Ottonel for the White, Zweigelt for the Red. That's why the Allacher family has been so successful with their ALL-ZERO range: grapes are picked early, vinified at low ABV then de-alcoholised, plenty of natural aromas are left intact, balance acheived with the addition of sugars, but you wouldn't know it from tasting it.
