Vincent worked as an assistant to Franck Balthazar in Cornas for several years until he decided to focus on his own micro project, bottling this wine (his first vintage) in 2020, at 26 years old. He’s a rising star of the Rhone! Syrah here is sourced from a vineyard planted in 1961. The wine is vinified in fibreglass with no use of oak. No sulfur is at picking or during winemaking. Only a minimal addition of SO2 at bottling in the Summer. Bright blue and black fruits, lend to gorgeous purple flowers and savoury herbs and fresh spices.
