Chianti, just like they did 90 years ago! The grapes come from a single hectare vineyard planted in 1933, with nearly a dozen varieties. A bright, aromatic, and authentically Italian Chianti. Winemaker Michael Schmelzer hosted a visit to the estate last year and we were blown away by his deep knowledge of the region, his approach to farming, and his innate curiosity pushing him to question norms and blaze his own trail - and the results are stunning.
