Made from the historic DeChaunac grape, an old French American hybrid. Fruit from a beautiful single vineyard on Cayuga Lake, these storied vines were planted in 1973. Ben picks the dark red fruit early, and presses it into a red juice and ferments that juice on used Chardonnay skins, making this a crushable, chill-friendly, one-of-a-kind NY original!

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
