L’Ecole N° 41 is a third-generation family-owned, artisan winery located in the historic Frenchtown School depicted on the label. Founded in 1983, they are the third winery established in the Walla Walla Valley. The Semillon has long been a favourite. With a small addition of Sauvignon Blanc, the wine is akin to some of the absolute best white Bordeaux blends.
Cool, slow fermentation in French oak barrels, mostly neutral, The wine underwent 50% malolactic fermentation and periodical lees stirring to contribute to the weight and complexity of the wine resulting in delightful mouth-filling texture without sacrificing freshness. Complex fruit and floral notes keep you coming back for more.
