While Old World inspired, this Cabernet Franc is unmistakably Finger Lakes—bright, textured, and just a little wild in all the right ways. It opens with brambly fruit and a savoury edge, then unfolds into raspberry, violet, and a touch of dried herbs. It’s structured, with a long finish and loads of charm.
Fun fact: The name ‘Apollo’s Praise’ comes from a song Kelby used to sing in his college glee club—so it’s no surprise that all their wines have such great harmony.
