Radford Dale was founded by friends Ben and Alex with a mission to champion the underdog — and their South African Gamay is a prime example. With less than 10 hectares of Gamay planted in the Cape (most of it managed or owned by them), this is a rare treat. The grapes undergo full carbonic maceration before spending 10 months in old oak, creating a beautifully aromatic red. Expect vibrant raspberry and plum, hints of violet, subtle earthiness, and a silky, generous palate. Juicy, fresh, and perfect with a slight chill. Incredible value for the quality. – Jennifer Bui
