We could not be more excited about Rajat Parr's latest project Phelan Farm - Raj has his hands in a lot of projects, but this one seems special, likely because he's hands-on here in every way - especially the farming. Only 2400 bottles of this gorgeous Gamay, made with 10 days of proper carbonic maceration - it's got top end Bojo vibes, but with a serious edge more reminiscent of a Loire red. Light, fresh and very expressive. Get it while it lasts.
