Winemaker Christopher Tracy built Channing Daughter's reputation on curiosity: dozens of grape varieties, field blends, experimental fermentations and a refusal to believe there is only one "right" way to make wine.

Bianco Pet Nat captures that adventurous spirit perfectly. A naturally sparkling blend of white grapes, bottled before fermentation finishes, it bursts with white flowers, peaches, apricot, lemon zest and a touch of toasty yeastiness. For example, orders placed after 12PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
