The first thing that struck me about this wine was the vibrant, inviting nose. We were watching a movie when I first poured it. Later, the lights came on and I was immediately drawn to the colour - specks of violet and ruby. On the palate it's juicy and fresh, with a fine textured grip. Really good for a grape that is rarely made into red wine! You know it, Champagne loves it, it's Pinot Meunier!
