Marlborough may be best known for Sauvignon Blanc, but this Pinot Gris is a real star. Made from organically grown grapes, it’s vibrant and full of character. Fermented in stainless steel and given a short time on lees, it’s got a lovely texture and great structure. Bursting with concentrated fruit and layered with complexity — delicate florals, a touch of spice, subtle nuttiness and a whisper of earthiness — all leading to a long, dry, refreshing finish.
