We had a wonderful visit to this winery last year. Edoardo was training and pruning in the vineyard when we arrived. The vineyards are all farmed organically. All work is all done by hand and fermentations occur in tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wines of Il Torchio are fresh, lively and balanced. The Stralunato spends 4 days macerating with its skins. Amazing intersection of complexity and drinkability.

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
