The 2023 blend is 77% Chenin Blanc, 13% Blanc Fumé and 10% Viognier. Brief Skin contact, components combined in used oak for 7 months with regular lees stirring. Fruity, structured, serious, but with freshness and lift. White peach, white flowers, long savoury lip-smacking finish.
