Made from lesser-known grape Gelber Muskateller, this wine is unsulphured, untreated & unfiltered. Slightly hazy, pale orange with notes of tangerine, passionfruit, and jasmine with a salty touch. Mineral, slightly herbaceous, and savoury with a lively acidity and slight effervescence. Zippy, extremely approachable and so fresh, so clean. Incredibly stable, we enjoyed this bottle over several days! - Jennifer Bui
