All the pinots! A brilliant blend by passionate vigneron Jean-Christophe Bott, who has been leading the family estate since 1993. Jean-Christophe began farming biodynamically in the early 2000's and they're some of the happiest vineyards I've ever visited. This wine is a blend of Pinot Blanc & Pinot Auxerrois with Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir (vinified as a white wine). It delivers classic Alsace aromatics and richness. It is fruit-forward, floral and dry with lingering acidity and spice

Orders received BEFORE 1PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 1PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 1PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 1PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
