Fresh and savoury, with a flinty mineral character, white pepper, and mandarin orange. Cultivated from the Serra San Quirico region near the Adriatic Sea, this is a wine to pair with crudos or grilled fish, and has enough character and shape to stand up to spicy foods and even curries.
