Raj Parr does it again! 24 hours of skin contact for texture, the grapes are then pressed, fermented and aged in 500L Puncheon. No fining, filtration or SO2 additions.1200 bottles.

Raj says: "The wine has a bit of a creamy, smoky note to it with mandarin orange and lemon rind. That one day on the skins gave the wine some tension and some texture.This wine will pair well with ceviche and corn chips, some shellfish, a little pad thai, or a cold soup."

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
