I first met Pax Mahle at a trade tasting and I was immediately attracted to his wines. Foolishly, I asked "Why did you name your brand Pax?" with good cheer he replied, "That's me, I'm Pax" and shook my hand. I’ve been following his journey ever since, and finally made my way out to Sonoma to visit him last summer. This bold, textured Chenin is made from 70+ year old vines. Bone dry and intense. Bottle age bringing out some more of the waxy savoury character.

For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
