This is classic cool-climate Hunter Valley Shiraz by O.G. winery Tyrrell's, which I had the good fortune to visit a few years ago. The wine boasts an average vine age of 50 years old. Whereas subpar Aussie Shiraz weighs you down, this wine dances. The oak treatment is just right. This will continue to open up in the glass with a good swirl.

For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
