Both varieties (Blaufränkisch and Cabernet Sauvignon) were fermented separately for about five weeks in clay ‘Tinajas’ (Spanish amphoras). After fermentation the wines were blended and transferred to both ovoid eggs and steel tanks for 8 months. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulphite addition. Did you know that Blaufränkisch is called Frankovka Modrá in Slovakian? Look at that colour! Wild strawberries, raspberries, sweet spice. Complex, soft textured but crisp.

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
