Tasmania may not be the first place you think of for wine, but take note, this island is a sparkling wine powerhouse, and Jansz has several decades of leading the premium vanguard on the island. Four years ageing on the lees and the additional bottle age makes for a fine delicate mousse. It is at once delicate and powerful. Flowers, sharp citrus and the distinct minerality of a maritime climate is all balanced with wild red berries, sweet toast and roasted hazelnuts.

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
