The Tempier 2013’s are ripe but classically refined. Tightly wound at their foundation, but aromatic and playful too, lots of black cherry and dusty herbs. Enjoyable now, they will also continue to develop great complexity with bottle age. In short, there is no bad time to open this wine! 55% Mourvèdre, 27% Cinsault, 14% Grenache & 4% Syrah.
