Don't think too hard about the name here, it's: Choo-Choo. It pays homage to their grandfather that worked the railroad, a very important lifeline to this remote region in Italy. We love this stuff, and this organically grown blend sings with a boquet of Italian delicacies – quince, wildflower honey, herbs and seaside air. Lovely stuff!
