A Burgundian approach in Rioja! Carlos favours freshness and purity of fruit, a departure from the oak-heavy classic wines of the region. He vinifies separate parcels to showcase the sense of place. Organic and Biodynamic in the vineyard, the wine spends 12 months in old burgundy barrels on the lees. It’s plummy, toasty, spicy, and has richness and depth to the finish. Damn tasty.

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
