GWGP loves bubbles! We love just about anything from Evelyn Accadia, and this methode ancestrale is no exception! A mixed ferment of red and white grapes from old vineyards, yields a fine mousse - more elegant than most pet-nats we come across. Beautiful golden pink hues, yellow fruits, crisp minerality and wonderful acidity. Pair with fatty or smoked fish, phenomenal with a cheese and salumi board!
