A Crémant is a sparkling wine produced in France outside the Champagne region, but using the traditional champagne method. They often offer great value compared to their Champagne cousins. This one hails from Alsace, produced by Francois Sorg and his family. We had the pleasure of visiting them at their home/winery in the heart of historic Eguisheim. Francois has a deft hand with balancing sweetness and acidity, and this bottle of bubbles is a prime example.

Orders received BEFORE 2PM should expect next day delivery in most cases. An order placed AFTER 2PM will be fulfilled the following day and delivered the day after that. For example, orders placed after 2PM Thursday are fulfilled on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday are fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
