Fresh and zippy with super low dosage, very dry and very elegant. Comes from what is perhaps the best terroir for Chardonnay in all of Champagne. Absolute stunner with oysters! Brioche, granny smith apples, apricot flours, lemon curd, with an explosive minerality on the finish.
