Waxy chamomile, spiced apricot, and candied lemon peep give this Northern Italian white a very unique character. Made from 100% Turbiana, this white is a perfect Sancerre-parallel as far as minerality, without the turned-up grassiness. Fresh, bright, with more opulent fruit and pleasantly subtle mineral finish makes this a bit more dynamic (as well as affordable) than any sauvignon blanc in the lexicon. - Nathan Lithgow
