The Morris family in Wales have unleashed this grape in the form of a delightful pet-nat! Lightly fizzy, this wine sings of hedgerow fruit and earthy spice. It's crossed with North American native species and boasts a wild grassy grapey-ness. It's untamed, and really drinkable, an impressive Welsh Red. Whodathunk?!
